Reclaim your evening together while your child thrives in a deeply respectful evening environment built for their independence. Ditch the stress of finding a last-minute sitter. Starlight Studio provides parents with a predictable, premium evening window to connect, rest, or enjoy a local dinner date. Meanwhile, your child enters a beautifully prepared, low-lighting environment tailored to their natural pace. Far from a simple drop-off watch, we honor their evening rhythm with beautiful, tactile materials, an open work cycle, and a cozy end-of-week wind-down designed strictly for their comfort. We invite children ages 2 to 6 years old to join us for an evening of limited-capacity, purposeful exploration where they lead through curiosity under the stars. Select your option at checkout: Standard pickup: $90.00 Sibling Standard pickup: $60.00 Extended pickup: $110.00 (Includes our pre-purchased $20.00 Extended Wind-Down option to waive standard late fees) Sibling Extended pickup: $80.00 (Includes sibling discount and pre-purchased Extended Wind-Down) Note: A non-refundable 50% deposit secures seasonal enrollment, with the remaining balance due upon drop-off. Studio Policies & Attendance BoundariesTo protect our prepared environment and maintain operational safety, all families strictly adhere to the following framework: Late Pick-Up Fee: Standard sessions conclude promptly at the scheduled time. A protective late fee of $2.00 per minute applies for pick-ups extending past the scheduled end time, unless the Extended Wind-Down option was pre-purchased. Absenteeism Policy: Because each slot represents a dedicated space reserved strictly for your child, tuition for missed sessions or events cannot be refunded, prorated, or credited. Texas Licensing Exemption: This evening service operates on a limited duration basis (less than four hours per day, fewer than three days a week). As such, this program falls under an exemption and is not licensed or regulated as a standard childcare facility by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).

Cancellation Policy
1. The Legal Exemption and Late Pick-Up Policy Because this program runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, it hits the absolute maximum 4-hour limit allowed under our Texas childcare licensing exemption framework. The Policy: A late check-out of even 5 or 10 minutes directly threatens our legal exempt status. Therefore, late pick-ups carry a strict penalty of $2.00 per minute after 9:05 PM, unless the parent has pre-purchased the Extended Wind-Down Add-On ($20.00) before the session begins. 2. Practical Life Culinary Liability Waiver Unlike standard weekend day blocks, Starlight Studio features a collaborative, hands-on cooking experience where the children prepare their own food. The Policy: Parents must sign an explicit waiver acknowledging that children will actively use child-sized, functional kitchen tools (such as specialized cutting tools and individual food prep surfaces) under close guide supervision. 3. Shared Space Allergy Disclaimer Because our evening sessions involve group meal prep in a community environment, we have to go beyond our standard allergy form. The Policy: While we strictly track the individual allergy grids handed to us at check-in, we operate in a shared, mixed-use community facility. We must explicitly state that we cannot guarantee an environment entirely free of airborne trace allergens or cross-contamination from other events held in the space.
