Service Description
Welcome to a beautifully prepared environment designed to support your child’s natural independence, coordinated movement, and purposeful exploration. Studio Sprouts offers a consistent, 6-week developmental series for children ages 2 to 6 and their caregivers. Guided by a traditional Montessori educator, families will practice navigating social dynamics, emotional transitions, and community rhythms in a space filled with real, child-sized materials made of wood, glass, and metal. Important Program Policies Strict Non-Drop-Off Policy: Attending parents or guardians retain full legal and physical responsibility for their child’s safety, behavioral transitions, and toileting at all times. Directly guiding your child remains the sole responsibility of the accompanying adult. Adult Attendance Limit: Enrollment includes a maximum of 2 co-guides per family (Mom, Dad, or designated legal guardians) at no extra charge ($0.00). Additional guests cannot be accommodated due to physical space constraints. Contagious Illness Policy: To protect our shared environment, families must not attend if a child or adult has shown contagious symptoms (fever, unexplained rash, vomiting, or diarrhea) within the last 24 hours. Absenteeism: Missing a class within the block does not qualify for refunds, make-ups, or prorated credits.

Program Parameters: Montessori-inspired caregiver-and-child sessions for children ages 2 to 6 years old. 1. Parental Supervision Clause: The Studio Sprouts Playgroup is strictly a non-drop-off community service. The attending parent or guardian retains full legal and physical responsibility for their child’s safety, behavior, emotional regulation, and toileting at all times. Mindful Learner's Montessori Studio acts as a facilitator and pedagogical guide, but direct supervision remains the sole responsibility of the accompanying adult. 2. Adult Attendance Allocation & Co-Guides: Admission tuition permits a maximum of 2 co-guides per family (explicitly limited to Mom + Dad or two designated legal guardians) present in the studio space. There is no additional charge ($0.00) for these allocated co-guides. Additional guests or extended family cannot be accommodated due to physical space constraints. 3. Contagious Illness Clause: To protect our shared studio space, families must not attend if the child or accompanying adult has exhibited contagious symptoms (including fever, unexplained rash, vomiting, or diarrhea) within the last 24 hours. 4. Tuition & Absenteeism: Tuition for the 6-Week Series ($240.00) or Single Drop-In ($45.00) is non-refundable and secures your child's dedicated space. Because a child's slot represents a dedicated space within the Prepared Environment, missed sessions cannot be refunded, prorated, or credited.
